50,000th Trützschler card at ITMA in Milan

In June of this year we built the 50,000th Trützschler card. It rolled off the production line in Mönchengladbach precisely on June 27. Since ITMA is not a long way off, we will exhibit the card with the number 50,000 on the type plate at the ITMA in Milan.

The first Trützschler card was delivered in 1968. At that time, it was a DK 700. DK stood for 'Deckelkarde' (flat card). The Card DK 715, introduced at the ITMA 1979 in Hanover, was built in large numbers. The 25,000th card was a DK 903 manufactured in 2002.

So far, the most successful Trützschler cards are the ones from the TC series (Trützschler Card). The first machine of this type was the TC 03 at the ITMA 2003 in Birmingham. In November, we will introduce a further development of today's Card TC 11 at the ITMA in Milan. The first machines of this series are currently undergoing industrial tests.
